1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is HOUSE HUNTERS PANAMA CORP., a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Panama and recorded at the Public Registry under folio 815379, tax ID (RUC) 2475076-1-815379 DV 57, holder of Real Estate Broker Licence No. PJ-0987, with offices at Punta Pacífica, Calle Punta Chiriquí, PH TOC, Local S-02, ground-floor commercial area, San Francisco, district of Panama, Republic of Panama. This website is published by its developer sales division, which trades as “Master Brokers Panamá”.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, telephone number, email address, and the development you are enquiring about. These fields are the only personal data this website asks you for, and providing them is entirely voluntary.

Technical information. We record your IP address transiently, in memory, for the sole purpose of rate-limiting the contact form against automated abuse. It is not written to any database and is not retained after the request.

Aggregated audience statistics. If analytics are enabled, we use a cookieless service that produces anonymous, aggregated measurements — pages viewed, country, device type, and which sections visitors interact with. It does not use cookies, does not create a profile of you, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect data that identifies you personally.

3. What we do not collect

This website does not use cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers, and therefore does not ask you for cookie consent. It does not offer accounts or logins, does not store your submissions in any database, and does not collect sensitive personal data (health, biometric, financial, religious or political information). We never sell or rent personal data.

4. Why we use it, and on what basis

We use the details you submit for one purpose only: to contact you about your enquiry and to advise you on the developments we represent. The legal basis is your own consent, given when you voluntarily submit the form.

We use transient IP data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the form secure and available.

5. Who receives your data

Your enquiry is delivered by email to the Master Brokers Panamá advisory team. Where it is necessary to answer you — for example, to confirm availability or pricing for a specific unit — we may share your enquiry with the developer of the development you asked about.

We rely on the following service providers, which process data on our instructions: our email delivery provider (to transmit the enquiry), our website hosting provider (to serve this site), and, where enabled, our cookieless analytics provider (which receives no personal data).

These providers may process information on servers located outside Panama. We only use providers that offer contractual safeguards for the data entrusted to them.

We do not transfer your data to the Master Brokers broker portal. The portal is a separate, private system governed by its own terms and privacy policy; nothing you submit on this public website is written into it.

6. How long we keep it

Because enquiries arrive as email, they are retained in our corporate inbox for as long as needed to attend to your request and to maintain a record of the commercial relationship, after which they are deleted. You may ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

7. Your rights

Under Panamanian personal data protection law (Law 81 of 2019) you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it rectified if it is inaccurate, to have it deleted, to object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@househunterspanama.com from the email address you used, describing your request. We will respond within the period established by law. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).

8. Security

This site is served exclusively over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and enquiries are transmitted over encrypted channels to our email provider. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so while we apply reasonable measures appropriate to the very limited data we handle, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-party links

This site links to external resources, including developer websites, mapping services, video hosting, and the Master Brokers broker portal. Once you follow such a link you are on a service we do not control, governed by that service’s own privacy policy. We are not responsible for their practices.

10. Minors

This site is directed at adults seeking real-estate information. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, write to info@househunterspanama.com and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the site or in applicable law. The date at the top of this page always indicates the current version.
