This website is operated by HOUSE HUNTERS PANAMA CORP., tax ID (RUC) 2475076-1-815379 DV 57, holder of Real Estate Broker Licence No. PJ-0987, through its developer sales division, which trades as “Master Brokers Panamá”. By browsing it or submitting the contact form, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is for

This site presents a selection of pre-construction residential developments in Panama that Master Brokers Panamá markets as a real-estate broker. Its purpose is informational and promotional: to let you learn about these developments and request that an advisor contact you.

3. Nothing here is a binding offer

All information published on this site — prices, starting prices, unit sizes, layouts, amenities, availability, and construction or delivery timelines — is referential, is provided for guidance only, and may change without prior notice at the developer’s discretion.

Nothing on this site constitutes a contractual offer, a reservation, a price quotation, or a guarantee of availability. A price or a unit is only binding once it is set out in a written contract signed with the corresponding developer. Before committing to any purchase you should obtain and independently review the project’s official legal documentation.

Renders, architectural images, videos, and plans are artistic representations intended to illustrate the design intent. Finishes, dimensions, views, landscaping, and furnishings shown may differ from the final built product; furniture and décor shown are not included unless a signed contract says so.

4. Our role, and the developers’ role

Master Brokers Panamá acts as a real-estate broker and marketer. We are not the developer, builder, or owner of the developments presented here. Each development is designed, built, sold, and delivered by its own developer, which is solely responsible for the project, its official documentation, its construction, its timelines, and the fulfilment of any contract you sign with it.

5. No investment or legal advice

The content of this site is not investment, tax, or legal advice. Pre-construction real estate carries risks, including changes to timelines, specifications, and market value. Any decision to purchase is your own, and you should take independent professional advice before making it.

6. Intellectual property

The Master Brokers Panamá name, crest, logos, and the text, design, and compilation of this site are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written permission.

Renders, photographs, videos, and project names belong to their respective developers and are published here with their authorisation for the purpose of marketing these developments.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site unlawfully; not to submit false information or a third party’s personal data without their authorisation through the contact form; and not to attempt to interfere with, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems.

8. External links and the broker portal

This site links to third-party services and to the Master Brokers broker portal, which is a separate private platform with its own terms of use and privacy policy, reserved for registered brokers. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

9. Availability and liability

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies. To the fullest extent permitted by Panamanian law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or from reliance on the referential information published on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute arising from them shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Panama.
